For more than three decades, Kevin has been a leader in the Asset Recovery Industry. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration. Since 1991, he has overseen the growth of Capital Pacific Group and has set a high standard for those who work with him to follow.

Tim Rios
Tim has been involved in the unclaimed property field since 1994. While attending the University of California at Berkeley, Tim worked as an intern in the Asset Recovery Industry. Since graduating from the University of California, he has assisted thousands of clients recover their lost assets. With almost three decades of experience, he offers a great wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients.

Michelle Ayala
Michelle has been a valuable and integral part of the Capital Pacific Group team since 1998. Prior to joining Capital Pacific Group, she worked in the Unclaimed Property Division at the State Controller’s Office for 10 years. She is a tenured expert in the industry and is extremely knowledgeable while working with our clients during every phase of the recovery process.

Brad Davis
For nearly 30 years, Brad has worked as an investigator focusing on estate research. He has worked with thousands of clients during that time and successfully established their claims utilizing his extensive research skillset. As a genealogist and private investigator, Brad has been able to solve new matters as well as cases that have languished for years. He still enjoys the interaction he shares with clients and having the opportunity to work collaboratively toward a positive result.

Emily Rios
A 2000 graduate of The University of Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations. Emily has been working with clients in the Asset Recovery Industry since 2002. Prior to joining Capital Pacific Group, she worked in the Public Relations field in Chicago and San Francisco. Emily specializes in superior customer service and assisting clients with recovering funds owed to them or their families’ estates.

Marleen McGovern
Marleen joined the Capital Pacific Group in 2003. She brings prior knowledge as a marketing and research analyst for a major genealogy software company. Marleen has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Multilingual Business Communications from Mills College. A native of Belgium, she is fluent in English, Dutch/Flemish, French and German.

Jay Lindner
Jay has been in the heir location industry since 1983 and a Licensed Private Investigator since 1986. His career began as a field investigator in Southern California. During these years Jay gained deep expertise within the probate process and hands-on investigative techniques. He has worked on hundreds of estates from all over the United States and abroad.
